NCUSTEC Oklahoma translates NCUS national standards into local execution. Based out of Garden Oaks Community Center, the Launch Cohort is the first proof point for a prototype foundation that can support a future governed interoperability layer and city-by-city replication.

This static site is stabilizing the prototype foundation for a governed local market pattern: local records and workflows in Oklahoma, national standards from NCUS, and future interoperability through shared data models, events, reports, and role boundaries.

I’m an Executive Director and systems builder working across three domains that share a common thread: sustainable transformation requires structure, not shortcuts. In Oklahoma, that work is centered through NCUSTEC Oklahoma’s Garden Oaks Community Center pathway.

Damien prepares participants for entry into the workforce by teaching essential soft skills, including interviewing strategies, resume development, and professional communication for the Oklahoma pathway based at Garden Oaks Community Center.

Cohort Schedule
Launch cohort runs April 13 through May 19, 2026.
The cohort meets in person Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Garden Oaks Community Center. Key tests and reporting milestones are tracked against the same cohort record.
